Submit a Claim

Submitting a claim for reimbursement has never been easier with East West Administrators. When logged into your account, you can simply take a picture of the claim and seamlessly upload it for review. Your claim will usually be processed within 2 weeks and a reimbursement payment will be issued to you by mail or directly to your service provider. You can check the status of your claim at anytime through your member portal.
